We are looking for a motivated and experienced Recruitment Specialist to join our team in the Eastern Province, Saudi Arabia.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding.
* Publish job vacancies across recruitment platforms.
* Screen CVs and conduct initial interviews.
* Coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
* Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline.
* Ensure timely hiring to meet business needs.
* Maintain recruitment records and prepare hiring reports.
Requirements:
* Saudi National.
* Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
* Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Experience with LinkedIn, job portals, and recruitment platforms.
* Ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.
* Good command of English.
